What is the Payment Process Like?

For Bathroom Renovations:

  • Deposit: A 5% deposit to secure your project and lock in your job.
  • Stage 1 – Demolition: 25% installment
  • Stage 2 – Waterproofing: 25% installment
  • Stage 3 – Tiling: 25% installment
  • Stage 4 – Handover: Final 25% installment

For Kitchen Renovations:

  • Deposit: A 5% deposit to get started.
  • Cabinetry Order: 50% is due upfront when the order is placed.
  • Remaining Stages: The remaining balance is split across the following stages, each at 25%: Demolition, Cabinetry Installation, Stone Installation, Handover

Bathrooms: A bathroom renovation typically takes about 3–4 weeks to complete, but this can vary depending on the size of the project, any order delays, and unforeseen issues that may arise. We believe in thorough planning before we begin, so we work hard to minimize any surprises along the way.

Kitchens: A kitchen renovation generally takes around 4–5 weeks. The first stage usually goes smoothly, but there is typically a 2-week wait for the stone to be cut to measure and installed. While that waiting period is a bit of a pause, with proper planning, we ensure that the entire renovation is completed within 4 weeks, keeping everything on track.
